What do you think? I've found both give me the same handwriting, but my speed is higher with a ballpen.

I usually have myself writing with ballpoint pen because it makes me write faster especially when I make notes. Even in daily writing, where I need to write something, I'd rather have ballpoint pen, because it is easier to get and it is cheaper. But for a good writing like calligraphy I would rather use the ink pen because it would make my handwriting looks better, and in fact, writing with ink pen would make your handwriting even more elegant because the smaller point of the pen :)

Ink pens glide smoother to me. The Ball point pens seems to be more of like a marker in the writing structure.
