Yes its deficeincey of Iron...which causes anaemia....but with such a stron immune system planted by GOD in our body ....what do you think blood shortage is the result of ??? I think stress causes that ??? What do you think ???How to ensure more blood in our body in less time ? Thanks Ganesh

hi ganesh, i don't think that stress can cause the blood shortage. it occurs mainly because of the food habits of day to day life. it is necessary to have the proper iron content in our body and also when raw rice and tamarind are taken in large amount, it reduces the blood in our body. some have the habit of eating raw rice. it's not good. happy mylotting!

Raw rice....???? ohh may be in south India it happens I live near Delhi ....here we can not even imagine of eating raw rice ....here boiled and rice pulao are taken in meals. Infact I read in some magazine's health article saying stress causes shortage of blood ..... Yes Tamarind I will take care ...I dont eat raw rice ... the shortage of blood accur due to so many reasons.it can be due to the worm in the body and disease of serious illness.the shorage of blood is mostly found in ladies ater pregency or when they are the feeding thier child.it is not a chronic nature it can be curedwithin few natural tips . the best treament is the blanced dieat. it can be cured with regular use of green vegetables,fruit and milk .the tonic is also be usefull with the consulation of doctor.

as far as my knowledge goes, the quantity of blood .. doesnot constitute the loss of or gain of immune system. It is the content, as you rightly pointed out.. IRON, etc.. which cause the failure. And, STRESS also does cause a lot of trouble to the content of blood. I would hence recommend ... a properly balanced diet, along with YOGA, a few aerobic exercises, for replenishing the blood. Health of MIND, BODY and soul... SHOULD be our basic ideas. Ayurveda tells us : The criteria of FOOD should be :Mitasi, Hitasi, and Kalasi. Mitasi: It should be little. Hitasi: It should be beneficial and tasty Kalasi: It should be appropriate to the time. Goodluck and good health.
