Do you sleep atonce you lie down?

Hii everyone!!! Now a dayz i never sleep atonce i go to bed.If i lie down at 10 ,i will sleep at 11.Itz really terrible being like this.If i feel so tired this is not the case. Comeon share your views regarding this friends

I have a different experience with you. When I lie down, after a minute or two if there's nothing bothering my mind, I lost the real world and I fall asleep. Worst cases I sleep late is because something is playing in my mind, and I need time to think it over. I instantly fell asleep when it's raining. Listening to the drops of rain over the roof stop is like a lullaby to me.

T think you go for work and so you will feel tired and so you fall asleep as soon as you lie down i think

No I have a really hard time falling asleep at night sometimes I will lay there for hours my husbands snoring does not help matters he is one that he is asleep as soon as he puts his head on his pillow. I don't care how tired I am it will take me awhile before I fall asleep though.

hey saranya. i have faced this problem and i know how you feel. it is still more worse for me. i usually go to bed by 9.30 and i close my eyes and try to get sleep. but i don't get sleep even after 12. till that i try not to think about anything cause only if your mind is calm and not thinking about anything you will get sound sleep. but now i do some work before i go to sleep so that i get tired. then i get good sleep. thanks for sharing. happy mylotting.

I always do this too, but it tends to be a lot longer than an hour for me! If I went to bed at 10, I'd probably get to sleep by about 2 or 3am. Even if I'm very tired, I will still struggle to get to sleep, and staying asleep is usually tough too. I don't drink any caffeine (at least cut this out after 6pm), don't eat or exercise too close to bedtime, don't watch TV in bed as this is too stimulating for the senses. I have found that reading in bed can help though.

Hi friend,I had the same problem too .I walk everyday 5 to 6 kms so now I get to sleep as soon as I lie down.Thanks for sharing.Happy mylotting.
