public speaking

I think you can improve public speaking ability is by volunteering speak in class during presentation. This way you will have courage to speak in front public. You also can try practice speaking in front the mirror. I also suggest you can imagine yourself successfully giving speech in your mind. I have try all this for my public speaking class and it work. I got good grade for it.

Stand in the front of mirror and speak loudly .. Can u respond my discussion in health about the morning & evening walk.

I WOULD recommend you a book by Dale Carnegie. It can be found in any small library worth speaking of. and, I would also request you to start talking .. at the least possible chance too. Like in your debating circles, with your friends, and all places. That way, you would get accustomed to responses. Goodluck
