nah bro, don't do it, it never feels good after about 5 minutes of pleasure, you get to feel crappy about what you did. the best revenge is doing well, date a girl who is hotter, nicer, richer, (whatever turns you on), lose some weight, get some muscles and new clothing, get a better job, make more money, start dancing, transform yourself into someone that your ex is going to eat-sh*t over having screwed over. that's the best way to do it. good luck buddy.
