Well it is not new news that it is more expensive to buy health foods. I am currently struggling to lose weight in a healthy role modelish type of way. What foods do you not comprimse on? I won't buy crisco, we buy olive oil and canola oil even though they cost more. What food will to comprimse on? Canned chicken is about the same as normal chicken, but has more sodium. I will keep it around the house to substitue lunch meat or meat for soups, cassoroles and such. What foods do you think the costs isn't much differance? Fresh green beans and frozen green beans cost about the same locally. What about where you live?

I think you have put down here some very good rules to live by. The prices in my area are about the same as what you have mentioned.

I do not eat that much, and I never use butter, salt, sugar, or anything like that, and I have been losing a lot of weight that way. I really cannot eat that much these days because of all of the weight that I have lost, so I just eat what I can that does not have much sugar, salt, butter, oil or anything else in it.
