u dont even need a website for that just use maxthon browser u can download the flv videos there.

THere is a site called Zamzar. Whenyou enter it at top of hte page is "Manage files". You can download files in their orginal format or convert it. You just write/ paste link from youtube and then you can choose format and write your e-mail adress. You have to wait few second till they save your request and after few hours they send you link from which you can download your file.
