Friendster says you are looking for a relationship...

So you're seeing somebody exclusively and then you break up. A year after the breakup you're messing around on Friendster and you find that he has a profile there. Lo and behold it says that he set up the profile while you were still exclusive, hasn't signed on since then and the profile says he's looking for a relationship. Are you justified in calling him a scum sucking lying cheater a year after you broke up? Or is it just possible that he was just messing around on the internet and it didn't mean anything? Or since you've been split up for a year, should you just forget about it?
