people at work

why is always seem like a competition at work. i dont understand? I mean we all need to live and survive. but why are some people so vindictive that they would try to get you fired cause they are that jealous of you?

what ever makes them happy i guess. its just a shame that real people that want to work get mixed up with that bull.

Thats very true. so i just started a new job finally. its seems very good exactly what i want to do. i dont want to mess up. any ideas or advice on what i can do to stay ahead of the game and not get messed up with this job. its a clerical job in a registars office. people all seem very nice but then again today was my first day so its hard to tell.

hi there. when it comes to work there is always competition. it's because everyone wants to show to their superiors that they are smarter than the others. they like to earn a good name from them. i don't know what they get additionally for that though. when one starts to do this then the other is forced to take part in the competition to save his reputation. i feel this is how things go on.happy mylotting!
