a class action lawsuit against an internet site

can we if we feel ripped off from an internet site sue them for the time that we spent gathering points for rewards that they never produced on the premise to get us there to gather points for those rewards regaurdless of what the site had or has to offer. can they be held responsible for their end of the deal

I am not sure if we can or not, but wouldn't it be nice to do that to them.. We were ripped off and that wasn't fair to any of us.. I went to BT in good faith and I enjoyed it for awhile, but no go on the Gift Cards..
