What kind of employer do you have???

Are you working?...i have my home based job "online job"...i just get started 4 days ago....i get my job thru search some site in internet, its a site with bidding system, now there's an employer who give me a project, i start my job with him and the server works okAY but a problem occur after next days until now his site is not yet working, i get frustrated because when i was ask some question about the server he can't answer me...if you're my employer what you should do? For me, i hope that he talk to me for some updates or if there's any problem he should tell his employee and not let his employee waiting for nothing...your opinion?
