paypal?

cash card? sorry but i had no idea what's cash card is? it is just me being dumb sometimes if not all the time. is this the same with debit card? do you have paypal account already? where are you going to use this? are you using this cash card thingy for paypal verification? or you are using this to withdraw your paypal earnings? if it is for verification, not sure if paypal would accept it yet, if it's just the same with debit card then i believe it is just fine but the good advice always come from paypal itself. send them a ticket and in less than 24hrs they'll get back to you if not sooner. i have done this a few times already and i am impress with their service in responding to their clients. on the other hand, if you're going to use it in withdrawing your earnings then they only allow it through your bank account, unless otherwise they change that policy already.
