My wife is majorly paranoid about food that isn't precooked before it gets to our home. So lately to make sure that the bacon is all the way done and because we all like it crispy, I have been putting the bacon in a broiler pan and baking it in the oven until very crispy. The fat drips away and it is oh so tasty. the only problem is that it takes about half an hour. Of course I can use the Foreman grill to cook our burgers while that is happening but I still want something a little faster. Ideas?
