best blog hosting?

What's the best site for blog hosting? I just knew about wordpress today and i'm planning to make an account there and start off my blog.. blogger doesn't have high quality templates while wordpress have... as bloggers know, templates/themes of the site adds attraction into it so that we can get more people into our blog.. if your a blogger, which site did you host your blog? Individual (means own domain), blogger.com or wordpress.com?
