From where I can see MY score DECREASE

Is there any system from where I can see how much my score has been decreased and the mistakes I have committed for such penalty. If any body knows please help me bail me out I am caught and needs your help. What is happening, I can not understand. Continuously I have posted 3 discussions and my score has been decreased by four but the discussions have not been deleted. Can you help me to get me out.
