What do you do to keep healthy?

I am very healthy conscious person. Im always careful of the food I ate. I always do exercise every morning. I never smoke. I always had my milk everyday for my bones. I keep away myself of eating fatty foods. I love eating fruits and vegetables. How about you? how do you keep yourself healthy?

YES, i strong believe an excercise and healthy food can make us in a good shape and enjoy a healthy life. I am not that much health conscious but ya , i have developed a passion to build up my physique. For this, i try to go to gym regularly, though i haven't been regular at it. However, i alwyas have a proper diet, but my parents always complain me of getting thin. I don't eat much oily food. And i tend to drink juices and have fruits daily. I spend more than 1 hour in gym regularly, running more than a kilometer everytime, so as to reduce some calories. and then focus on buliding up my bones. I like eating spicy food, and anyway, i am already so slim that eating fatty food, won't make me that much fat...Ha ha..LOL

To keep my self health, I always see to it that I play badminton once a week. I am don't like playing badminton too much but I feel that this keeps me healthy I enjoy this more compared to jogging. That is why, I prefer to play badminton more

Yes. Playing badminton is great to the body.. I am playing that last time but with my work now i dont have time. Ive been missing playing badminton so much you know

Hi friend,I walk everyday nearly 5 to 6 kms to keep myself fit and healthy.But I can never control my food,I eat whatever I want and whatever I like.I eat lot of vegetables but fruits only once in a while.thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

I love to keep myself healthy, because healthy body keeps the mind healthy. I take care of the food that I eat and I walk each day to keep my metabolism proper. I love eating fruits and vegetables and protein rich pulses. I restrain myself from junk food which are rich in fats. Though I love sweets but still I eat them once a week.

When i was still a child during my elementary days i love eating junk foods. But when i learn that junk foods is that good for the body i did stop and start eating healthy foods. Thank you for the response. Have a healthy life always!

see ..i am a guy with hectic schedule and strenous workouts..... so i help myself to anything and everythin i can reach when i am on the dinning table... i do say to myself of start going to gym every morning.. but my resolution wanes each morning as i drag myself out of bed befor it gets noon.. then by the time i am up and running, its nearly evening.. evenings are always a time to enjoy some fresh air.. so i go to the beach nearby and stretch out in the shades.. may be thats what keeps me fit.. but i have gained only 5 kilograms in the last 2-3 years now..

well right now i try to limit eating red meat.. i now eat more fish, and fruits.. i also take small amount of aspirin daily.. a also do not smoke.. everyday i have my breakfast cereal with raisins and low fat milk.. i also re-started doing walking exercise daily.. and i also try to get enough sleep daily.. you can be informed more if you go to this site: http://www.realage.co.uk/UK/UKSplash.aspx i got this site when watching "Oprah" try it!!!

That is great to hear from you. Eating healthy will always give to us a good impact. We had a good body, energetic and happy. Talking about fruits oh i love fruits so much. I always eat fruits everyday its really my habit. It seems that i will be weak if i cant eat in one day. Pity me!
