Do you have any old garden tools that you still use? Sorting out my shed today I came across a couple of tools which I have had since I purchased my first house in 1958. They were a Hoe, a Rake and a garden Fork. They are rather worn now, the hoe worn a little on on side. The forks tines are getting a little short and so is the fork but they are still all used regularly and I certainly am going to give them some PLC in the future. They have well earned the money they cost for me!

I have an old fork that my grandad gave me when i was about 20 years old (I'm now 45). It was a bit bent when he gave it to me, and is a bit more bent now, but it still sits in my shed.

Treat it as a family heirloom Anne, even though it is a bit bent. Just goes to show how strong you are.....!!
