Eyeearn.., is it legit?

So apparently this is one of them get-up's where you put stickers n' such(for advertising purposes) on your car/wear shirts with their advertising & earn from it. The catch? 
Apparently you have to pay for the "toolkit" to do so. 
Seem's a bit shifty to me and hence why i'm here asking about the legitimacy of this site. Has anyone heard of this site & actually shelled out the money to try it out? I think it would be worth a try.. possibly, but until I get a little bit of feedback & do some research i'm not going to be paying money anytime soon, aha. 
If you've been paid by this site I would be very grateful if you let me know! Any other information as well is much appreciated.

I was actually interested in that site too, but have not found anyone that has actually been paid by them. I know the toolkit comes with a T-shirt and bumper sticker and all that. So basically your paying for that stuff which is not too bad to get a cool shirt. I would love to know if they're legit also.
