Has anyone who lives outside the US really made money online? Actually got paid?

I am a single mom living in the Philippines and i have been looking for a legitimate online job that i can do at home after my full time work at the office. But unfortunately i can't find any, i was scammed once by smartdataentry and my friend was scammed by 365jobs4u. Has anyone of you actually earned money or got paid for the work you have done? I have tried PTC sites but because i'm not residing in the US i can't do the surveys that they offer bec they only offer it to US Residents. Anyonoe of you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance :)
