What do you think about the verdict and sentencing of Sadam?

Last night Sadam and two of his co conspitors were found guilty of crimes against humanity and sentence to hang. Is this one of our purposes when we invaded that country and over threw him as the leader?

I don't think that was one of the purposes for Bush anyway, he won't never come out and say it, but I think his motivation was purely revenge. He was mad that his father screwed up the 1st time we stuck our noses in their business. Conveience is a great motivator. If that is the best charge he can bring then I guess in his mind it will do.

It seemed to me that every reason that was originally given to us for going in backfired on him. Weapons of mass destruction were never found. I don't think Sadam is a nice man and think he got what he has coming, but didn't we need to prove our reasons for going in in the first place?

I think Sadam was guilty of the crimes and deserved his sentence. I don't think it matters if this was one of the purposes or not, but yes, I do believe it was.
