wifi signal affects our and our neighbors tv reception...

whenever i turned on our wifi router, i observed that the tv signal captures noise... (eg the tv displays dark gray colored lines and spots). but still it doesn't really affect our tv reception but, most channels we have, even without the wifi turned on, still captures noise because we are far from the tv station, so when i turned on the wifi router, that channel disappears, aheheheheheh... do you experience the same those people who are using wifi router in their own houses...?
