Earning thrhough PTC is really ethical?

As such there is nothing wrong in earning through paid to click sites. However, if we really look at the people when they are working on PTC we find that most of them are just minimizing the advt page/site and doing something else and when the count down is over they click another advt and this goes on. Almost everyone is doing like this. Is it ethical to earn in such a way?
