It can mean a lot of things, some times people are under a lot of stress and they are in a point of their life where they need less stimulation so they can concentrate on other things. It means a lot to different situations.

Cooloff for me it's not letting go yet,it's time and space for a while, still you don't expect, you think that you both deserve each other,or you think to change for both of you,and what's best to work it out,or if one of you can't handle something and you wanna focus first the things you have to do,then when you are finished with the things you do,that's the time you can focus with the relationship more. But sometimes they say it a cooloff just to have excuses to let go also. If I were you I'll go and seat and talk. What is the real score then waiting sometimes with nothing. Have a nice day!God bless!

cool off is when we're having doubts with our feelings to our partner..it's the sweetest way to say "i want my freedom back" lol..its where you'll have a lot lot lot of thinking regarding your relationship, if you want to pursue or blow it away..but if you're really meant for each other, even a lot of cool offs you'd been through with your partner, still you'll gonna end up with him/her...(",) happy mylotting (",)
