we all know that russia is the largest country geographically but now, several russian territories have declared independence. is there still chance that canada will become the largest country as russia's area is deteriorating because a lot of their colonies are declaring independence...?

Russia is still the largest country in the world even after all the territoties that have declared independence. Canada is still number 2 and it would need Russia to have more than just a few territories to declare independence before they become the biggest country in the world. The List would go something like this Russia, Canada, China, United States, Brazil and Australia.
