how can i withdraw money on busyclicks?

i have earned $25.82465 on busyclicks,but i don't know how to withdraw it. i click 'withdraw' on the left side,only comes out 'Click Here To View History',then i click it comes out these words below: 'Pending Withdraw Requests Request Date Method Account Fee Net You Do Not Have Any Withdraw Requests Pending! Withdraw History Request Date Date Paid Method Account Fee Net You Have Not Had Any Withdraws Completed Yet!' I wonder anyone ever paid by it and how can we withdraw on busiclicks?
