Which episode of the SIMPSONS impressed you the most?

i love season i, episode 02 very much.
the story goes like this :
Bart cheats on his intelligence test and is mistaken for a child genius. In order to offer him more stimulation, Marge and Homer enroll him in a school for gifted students where he is immediately made to feel like the mediocre student he is. Bart eventually bluffs his way back into Springfield Elementary by claiming he'll study his classmates but winds up confessing to everyone that he cheated.
the most classic lines from it , i think is " i feel consulted" when his dad knocked at his door , urging him to open the door by saying " come on, don't you wanna your old man give you a kiss? "while grinning his big mouth and hoping to knock him flat like a meat pie. :))

I think the Simpsons rocked in the earlier 90s days but somewhere along the lines I stopped watching it I think it was around 2000 and I think they changed whoever was in charge of creating the cartoon. It just got less and less funnier and boring. But I still will watch the older shows. I remember the one where Homer is promoted by Mr. Burns at the nuclear plant and he ends up blowing up the plant, that was soo funny. I remember the one where Ned Flanders loses his wife and has a change of heart short term, it was nice to see it because he is such a dork.

The old episode where Homer ate lots of clam and he's diagnosed to die tomorrow. He didn't die of course but it kept him awake the entire night.

None of them, I just can't see the point of THe Simpsons, but I don't have a problem of people liking them, big business and well loved over the world, just doesn't do it for me at all.
