I pray almost everyday but it is not via a structured setting. You can pray wherever and whenever. We are the church. The Holy Trinity is within us. We have that innate sense of what is good and bad. What is important is we acknowledge (praying) that we are helpless and only thru surrendering our selves to what is good within us, we shall have good things come to us.

Hi msuicandme! When I was a small kid, it was my parents who taught me how to pray, as well as my grandmother. But I was greatly influenced by my grandma because she was very religious. I first learned the "Lord's Prayer." Of course, when we pray, we talk to God. So, we have to talk to God in every moment of our lives whether we are happy or sad and/or triumphed or defeated. We ahve to thank God for many reasons, for the gift of life, for the family and friends we have, for the financial and material blessings and for the challenges we counter that make us much stronger. Usually I pray for good health among my family and friends. I also pray for long life of my parents. Of course, I also pray that everyone of us will be happy and contented with what we have...and that love should bind us together with God as the center of our lives.

i pray when to God when i am in need of something or when i need His help.Praying shouldnt be based on something you repeat over and over, but a prayer to God should come from your heart, talk to God. He can help you. Its important to have a relationship with God. but you should also pray to thank God for all the things you have. =D

Well I have to say that my prayer life in christ is divided (not in a bad sense). For you see, I have prayer time and meditation time. Prayer time is for the following: exhortation, Requests, worship (for me) restoration, consecration. Meditation Time: Reflection on the Word (inwardly) Reflection on my individual life in Christ (inwardly) Time to recieve of God (hearing His voice, etc) For you see, you cant always be the one talking in the conversation between you and God. Sometimes (in my opinion most of the time) we should be quiet, it is written (be still and know that He is God). Same principal as talking with another human being, if you are always talking how will you hear the other person 2 feet in front of you? lol God bless
