Are you a huse wife?

I am a housewife and I now stay at home. I had a good education and a well paid job and I worked for a couple of years after I got married in order to save for a house. When our house was bought and I had our first baby, I decided to give up work and stay at home to take care of our baby. As I am also a qualified music teacher, I decided to give music lessons from home and that way I could also take care of the children. Now my family have grown up and married, I still give the music lessons as it helps to afford a few luxeries.

Yes, I was working too as a banker until my first born was one and a half years old. My mother-in-law used to take care of her when I was at work. We were living with our in-laws then. My MIL was then diagnosed with osteoporosis, so I decided to leave my job, and take care of her and my child. My husband's salary is enough to provide for all of us.

I am a stay at home mom for over 6 years now. I did go to college in graphic design and worked at a local printer. I've also had some other jobs. After we had our first baby I just had to stay home. Now I'm working from home through West Corp. and it's going well for us. I'd rather be doing graphic design, but I'm really rusty and I don't have to programs to do it well on my computer. At the particular time, this is what is working for us. Maybe later I'll be able to get back to designing. Right now i just need to make time for scrapbooking. Since that's definately designing also.
