Some of the viruses are made to move through removal devices 1. It is better to block the pen drive alone like this or 2.If USB is needed It is better to remove the autoplay option Select Start-Run Type gpedit.msc and press enter Select Computer configuration - Administrative templates - System - Turn off autoplay Select Enabled and select all drives Select User configuration - Administrative templates - system - Turn off autoplay Select Enabled and select all drives close the group policy object window Select start - run type gpupdate and press enter restart the system The autoplay functionality will be disabled providing prevention of virus In some cases the viruses will override the functionality So please do not open pen driver directly Select start - run and type the drive letter of the pen drive For antivirus use kaspersky series

You can copy your data to your computer, and kill them with antivirus, after all done, formating your Pen Drive, and copy data back,it's ok.But this way have a little dangerous,if your data in your Pen Drive is not very important, just formating it,hoping this can help you.

Hi Ganesh, Have you got any important files on your memory stick? If not, then just format the thing and start fresh! This will kill the virus no problem. If you have some files that you would like to keep then copy them to another media, on your pc or something and then format the pendrive. Goodluck Andrew
