What could happen to this manager?

Let's say you see a manager do something that can get him/her fired. He/she confronts you and says "Say anything and I'll jump over this counter and beat the crap outta you", and walks away. A manager said that to an employee, what could happen? Fired? Lawsuit? What?

That is definately grounds for termination of employment. and you could press chargers, but most likely the charges will drop. But it is very unbecoming of a manager and is automatic termination with any company. All companies have a zero tolerance policy on stuff like this
