Is Clickn.me cheating or is it a database mistake

I recieved one payout of 2.01$ from Clickn.me two weeks back and I was so happy then as it proves to be genuine. I was out of town last week and when I return I find they show two payments in my stats where as I have been paid only once. My balance in the site now is -2.00$!!!! 
I checked my Alertpay account just to make sure and found only one transaction.
I sent a message regarding this and so far no reply. So what do you think. Are they cheating or is it a mistake?

really,iw will go to see what you have said, maybe i will ger 2$ a day ,maybe you deceive me,i hope i can get what i should get

It is very much surprising to know that you have got a negative balance. Hopefully, they will care to reply to your messages and if it happens, please, let us know.
