how many windows and tabs do you open at same time in one browser??

I could sometimes have up to between 8 and 10 tabs open but now that I have a new internet privider, I can only have one tab open or else my internet will drop. I am hoping to have somebody check it out at the weekend because it is a dreadful nuisance and it is driving me bananas.

Usually I have no more than 5 or 6 tabs open in a browser. On most browsers, any more than that tends to slow everything down. Firefox and Safari are definitely better than Internet Explorer in opening more tabs and not crashing. The best browser I ever found for opening multiple tabs, though, is Crazy Browser. At one point I had 50 tabs open in it, and it was still working.

Only one window open at a time, usually, but in that one window I'll often have as many as 10 tabs open. I like to work on and see different sites at a given time, so I keep them all open.

I, normally open one window only at a time. But I always open about 10 or more tabs in that one window in the Mozilla browser, I'm currently using.

I use FF and right now I only have 5 tabs open but sometimes by the end of the day I have 10-15. I usually use only one window but sometimes I will open another one to listen to a radio station.

When I'm at the office, I usually have two windows open. One window is for work and one window is for my personal stuff like checking e-mail, reading the news and discussing at myLot. On average, I have about 20 tabs opened in the window I use for work and about 5 tabs opened in the other window.

I usually have open one Firefox window, and one Internet Explorer window, mainly so if one crashes, the other should be unaffected. Plus, the new Firefox update means some websites don't run that well for me. I currently have four tabs in Firefox, and three tabs in IE. I like being able to switch between pages, as I get bored with doing the same thing over and over.

I know a friend here who is a very active discussion maker had 60+ open tabs, my record is just 35 or so all in just one Firefox window. If you would search the net a 100+ open tabs is very minimal. FF 3 can handle this even with lots of addons.

I begin my day with "open all tabs" that gives me 7. I then take care of business, and whittle them down to 1 or 2. Yahoo! is usually the last to close.

Now, that I am using also Firefox I could open so many tabs as I can and especially here in MyLot I do open 10 tabs especially for MyLot Digest I always want to do it in one time and I do loved it and much more better and quicker as well.....

I usually open 2 Windows one for working coz I do web programming then others for relax like chat browsing, reading news with many tab on it can be 10 or more sometime make forget the time when I already in front of computer

hi, i usually open five tabs in the morning, to check up mu mails. i have two id's. so i use that and then open one for mylot and the other for orkut and one more social networking site. after checking up i close the two mail tabs and leave the others open. thanks for sharing. happy mylotting!

Im usually a pretty impatient person which is a pretty big fault I suppose so in order to get as much done as possible while im on the net I tend to open a couple of windows with about three tabs to each one. Always flick between tabs and windows which does cause a problem for the computer sometimes as it struggles to catch up.

I used to open 30 tabs and more with mozilla 1.01. Sadly now the 3 version is too heavy for my PC, he has only 192mb ram. And XP is too heavy for my PC too, before that was w98. So, I am waiting for the upgrade of my hard and until then I am on opera, where I open 10 or more tabs, it depends from my computer. Whatever he will let me) There never can be enough tabs, for me at list.

I tend to multi task a lot so at times in about 3 or more windows I would have like 3 tabs each open, and then there is the software I use for business design, newsletters, graphics and updates all open at the same time. Added to that are like 5 chat windows blinking, sometimes it gets overwhelming, but once people understand I am busy they will just say hi and move on.

Two windows and may be 10 to 12 tabs at a time. I don't like my task bar to be crammed.

Currently I have opened a window with 5 tabs.Im using firefox as I have a problem with my IE,it hangs up just like that in the middle of any busy work.Thank you.Happy mylotting
