what site do you usually get internet worms or viruses.?

well, most of the viruses i got on my system that has been detected by my antivirus is actually the one coming from crackzplanet.com. everytime i extract a file that i have downloaded from crackzplanet, the antivirus just pops-up and warns me or even it quarantines it automatically.
where do you get viruses, what sites are the most dangerous?
