Whats Your Favourite Genre of Anime?

I like action the most and my favourite anime at the moment is Elfen Lied. There's some pretty intense gore in this and that's why i like it. I don't mind comedy either.
So what's your favourite genre of anime and your favourite anime in that genre?

I like romance. Maybe it was influenced by watching sailormoon while growing up. I love Card Capture Sakura and Fushigi Yuugi.
But since i had watched Slam Dunk and Prince of Tennis, i also love sports oriented animes.
Mysteries are ok for me too because of Detective Conan. Because of this anime I have been wanting to buy the Sherlock Holmes book collection. :)

Hey i actually watched those shows when i was a kid as well! I liked Card Capture Sakura as well but i missed a lot of the episodes as it aired very early in the mornings.
Ahh yes, the old routine... Waking up in the morning, watching cartoons on tv and eating breakfast before going to school. I hardly watch tv anymore.

i prefer to download the anime. I know its a lot more of a hassle but i like the better quality i suppose.

I like most animes (except horror since I don't like to spend time scaring myself after a stressful day in the office). If I were to choose few favourite genre, then it would be sci-fi and fantasy. These 2 genres allow me to expand my imagination since they normally show things which we cannot find in our physical world. ;)

I dont like horror that much either. I tend to just go for either comedy or action. I like epic battle scenes though i dont ever seem to get enough of it.

I love romance oriented animes, yaoi,yuri,etc you name it lol. (just no incest please unless its meant to be just an act like the Hitachiin twins. . .haha.) I'd also like some comedy in there too because romantic-comedies are the best. Some of my favorite anime in that genre is Ouran High School Host Club and Lovely Complex. (: Action/adventure is also a fun genre which is why I'm such a Narutard and a fangirl of the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn, along with other animes I can't really think of right now but I do have them in a blog on Facebook xD.

I like many genres of anime and I don't have like one favorite anime. I like Full Metal Alchemist, Vampire Hunter D, Godannar, Ragnorak and more.

Yeah, there's quite a lot of genres out there. I have started watching Birdy the Mighty Decode and Kurozuka lately and I am enjoying it.

I go for the brain wrecking ones. Psychological, thrillers, etc.
I like other kind of genres but what gets me going are these one above.

I like all animes , without any exceptions , they make me feel happy ,
the most of them are enjoynable stories ,
great begaining ,favorable ends , lovely caracters ..
they are the signes of the valuest carton of the whole
world , I hope that you have the seem look , because there isn't a big differnce between its genres , I consider it as an one type .
