Which Foot wear is Best for Jogging ??

there are lot of companies are there for foot wear
its much difficult to me what company i have to choose for my Jogging ????
I badly need yaar, Please help me out
What company shall i take for a Good Run ????

Usually what I would do is, go around sports stores and famous branded footware stores and try on a lot of different shoes. I currently use Nike running shoes when I go jogging. My suggestion is you try Adidas or Nike first. They usually have comfortable running shoes.
