Quality time with your children

How many of you feel you spend enough quality time with your Children? Do you feel guilty if for reason's out of your control you can not attend some school function yourself with them but have to send someone else? I am feeling so guilty I had to send my friend to my little girls school concert today, but with good reason's as I had an important Doctor's appointment. Should I still feel guilty?

We homeschool our children and I still don't feel I spend enough time with them. We own our own business and there are some things that we want to do but can't always do them.
