Sugar Free Recipes

After talking to our new doctor he thinks it would be a good idea to cut out sugar, breads/baked goods and flour, potatoes, beer, white wine, and bannans from out diet to help increase our chances of getting pregnant due to one of the conditions I have. The first four weeks I need to cut out the "bad list" completely and then after that just use them in moderation. This is a huge change for me as I've never have had to pay attention to what I eat. I was wondering if anyone had some simple recipes or knew where to get some mostly on dessert foods and some breakfast/lunch ideas as well.

I have never heard of these foods causing problems. I do not know of any sugar free deserts. You could try using honey as an alternative as it is sweet but is not cane sugar. You can also use artificial sweeteners as a replacement. Apart from that there are sweet fruits you can use as deserts other than bananas. There is fruit salad, yoghurt with honey. You would need to make sure the yohurt you bought had no added sugar, just plain and add your own fruit or maybe honey. Honey is not sugar. Ideas for breakfast. Well there is cereal, avoid the ones with added sugar. Not sure if cereal counts as baked goods but I do not think so. They are grains but not breads. You can have a fruit salad for breakfast. My partner likes that. There is muesli which is not toasted so is not bread or baked but it is still grains. As for lunch we like soup, or you can have eggs. It is tough since bread is a staple food. There is also lean meat or salad for lunch or both and cheese.

aw wow thanks so much for your ideas :D I'm so not a person who knows a lot about food so this really helps a lot! I'm trying to get all the ideas I can since this is going to be a big change from the way I normally eat. Thank you very much :)
