what will you do if somebody calls you late night telling you that he was detained?i was in the middle of my sleeps when i received a call on my mobile,voice full of fear and almost cried asking forgiveness from me.He is my son Don.he lives separately from me.he came for a visit and when he left,i was very confident he's okay.not until i received his call telling me he's picked-up by a policeman and detained.the violation that he did was,holding an unlighted cigarette.he has been accused of smoking in public vehicle.i was so shocked,,,i never thought he smokes.but then,he has to abide by the law that it's prohibited in public areas.the question is,is is he liable to be detained when he just hold the unlighted cigarette.is it a violation still?im so confused.
