I see that mylotters gain reputation in myLoting. But I do not understand how does it work. Could you please tell me how does it work and what is the advantage of having hight reputation. Is there any financial gain?

No financial gain! You Mylot reputation simply tells you what others think of your posts. If people like your posts (that is if you agree with them), they will give you a positive. If they don't, they give you a negative. Now, mine is somewhere around 95, and it has come down the 92. That means someone gave me a negative rating somewhere. I am usually well behaved on Mylot, but I guess I upset someone in the religion section. LOL!! Cheers and happy mylotting

The more you post quality posts the more are the chances that your rating improve. Mylot users who are reading your posts can press either the minus button (-) or the plus (+) button for a positive response. The more positive responses you get the more your rating will improve. I don't think that there is any financial gain but I am subject to be corrected.

I don't know if there is any advantage or financial gain to it. The rating here is how users on mylot have rated your discussions and your responses. The rating numbers seem to go up and down maybe depending on how often we have upset somebody or not
