I am looking for a new phone since my present one is defective already. I have tried Nokia, Sony E and Moto. I haven't tried Samsung so that is what I'm planning to buy. Which of the four do you think is the best brand among the four? Why? Can you share experiences with these phones?

Here in the Philippines, Nokia is the mostly used brand of mobile phone. This brand is what I prefer because I could easily borrow a charger for my cellphone every time I ran out of battery. Aside from this, since Nokia is very popular, a lot of companies are developing applications for them. This is another advantage because you have a lot of choices on what applications to add. The only thing I don't like about Nokia is they don't release a model that has all the features embedded on it.

You are correct. To be able to enjoy the features of a Nokia phone. You should buy high-end models.

I am from Philippines too and I agree that Nokia is the most famous mobile phone in our country. I am currently using nokia as I've mentioned above and my classmate usually borrow charger from me. Haha. Yeah, some Nokia phones, especially those that cost less, don't have nice features in it. So you also have to spend for the phone's features.

Well, if you want a multimedia phone on which you can listen to music, take pictures and surf the web, I would recommend a Sony Ericsson W810i. It's a phone from Sony Ericsson's Walkman series which means that it has a good, almost perfect music player. If you use the headphones that are shipped with the phone, I think that you will be satisfied. Also, the phone has a 2 MPixel camera with Auto-Focus and flash so you can take pretty good quality pictures. The only inconvenient is the fact that the camera lens hasn't got a cover so it's easy to accidentally scratch the lens. Overall the SE W810i is a good choice for buyers.

Yeah that's good. I think the high-end SE phones are really cool. But they also cost a big amount of money. LOL

Nokia is the best for quality. By the way, I've a Sony Ericsson and it works wonderfully. It's a z610i :D Nokia and Sony Ericsson for the win. Really, don't chose motorola, it's quite frustrating :(

First you didnt mention your price tag. No problem... SONY ERICSSON ------Walkman series for music,Cybershot series for camera +Quality Quality Quality +Ease of use +cost (all phones are reasonably priced) -Not very sturdy Nokia ------- stable, well built,Jack of all trade(master of none) +Symbian a very versatile platform +built quality -Cant even stand a chance against SE's quality -Price= For the same set of features nokia phones costs almost double than SE If you are keen in music then go for walkman series. Not even a high end phone from other brands could perform as good as a low range or mid range SE Walkman phone A 5 Mp NoKIA camera is similar to just a 3.2 Mp Cybershot in terms of clarity There may be exceptions........ I havent tried any other brands....

nokia would be the best. I prefer nokia becoz of its distinguished & user friendly features. Moreover...nokia is connecting people. Is it not the same as mylotting. Cheers:)

Yeah I believe it is the same as mylotting. Well we can't deny that nokia is one of the most user-friendly units. I also believe in that too. Thanks for your insight.
