ok, maybe its a little pathetic to ask this question. lying is kinda part of life out of different purposes. Between lovers, the relationship sometimes need lying to protect it. Well, whats your opioion on this? or you can just ask yourself how often do you lie to him/her?

Hi merrycherry, I have been married for 28 years and no need for us to lie to each other because we are open to each other and we hardley ever go out and if we do he goes out bike riding with his friends and I just go to my friends house to have a drink. Tamara

As much as I can I remain true to him. From the start and up to this point, I make sure that he knows everything and most importantly, I make sure that everything he knows are true. I am doing this because I want to keep his trust on me. When we lie, even if he doesn't know, partly, we are breaking this trust that our partner is giving to us. Also, if we lie out of fear, this means that we are under estimating the level of understanding of our partner. To me, everything about me is also about him... I make sure he knows everything... and in return he is doing the same... everything is jsut a matter of doing what you want him to do as well.

There's this what we call white lies. Be careful in using them. All lies are bad. But, if the situation calls for one, using white lies is okay. What are you trying to hide from your partner anyway? But if you're using white lies to protect your relationship because you don't want to stir any jealousy or insecurity from your partner, then might as well do it.
