Okay, for the past few months I've been ranting about my old phone (which is basically just a spare for my other old phone) and I've been planning and saving up to buy a new one. Earlier this day, I already bought one and I'm so excited about it. I bought a Red Blackberry Curve 8320. I attached a photo for you guys to see and comment on. I'm still browsing it. What do you think?? :)

Wow.. A Blackberry phone ^_^ How's the phone after u started exploring it?? hehe =D I think the functions are more or less the same as normal other phones, just that blackberry allows Wifi.. hehe ^_^ But wat makes u decide to buy a blackberry?? It will be extremely useful if one were to use it for the stock market, or in those stock exchanges related market.. hehe I have seen the picture, it's quite nice, but size wise, it's still a little too small for me, but for u, it should be just nice.. haha

After 3 days of exploring my new phone, I found out that it's more amazing than I thought. At first I had a hard time trying to figure things out like how to compose SMS, how to edit my profile e.g adjust the volume, change the alert tone, etc., and a couple more things but in 3 days, I learned well and I could type faster and know where to find the applications I need. It has more features than regular phones although in PDA's/Smartphone I'm not sure. I decided to get a Blackberry cos of it's features, it's design and functionality plus there are only a few who have it here in the Philippines. I'm not saying I could count the Blackberry users here using my fingers but it's not like having a Nokia, Sony Ericsson, etc, that releases a new model almost every week.

Oh, I forgot to add that I used to be a sucker for new models that's why I also chose Blackberry cos the don't have new models every week that would make me sad and regret the prior purchase I made. Plus I've been using Nokia since grade school and realize that it's now time for a change!

So how are you liking your new phone so far? I upgraded my phone a few months ago and got a Motorola i335. Even though it doesn't have a ton of features, I love that it is thin and can fit in my pocket, if needed.

Hi sacmom! I am loving my phone but I still need to register for the BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) for me to be able to FULLY use the other features. But so far so good. How's your Motorola?

I know, right? I've been eyeing this phone for months already although I still haven't decided fully until yesterday. Cool, you also got a new phone! My other phone I also gave to my younger brother.

Congrats to your new mobile phone. Mine is a bit old already and its not one of the latest brand of Nokia phones. I am not sure if when is the time I could change my phone, perhaps after 1 year.

The time to change your phone is when it's not working already! Or when it fails to serve it's purpose like the battery gets easily drained and you have to charge it 5 times a day. This is my first time to change my phone after 3 and a half years with my Nokia N70. Before I had that (N70) phone, I used to change twice a year. This one I have though, I'll probably stick with it for the longest time.

Grats to you. That is nice, especially since I still only have a trac phone that I have yet to use and doesn't have minutes. I know if and when I ever get a "real" cell phone, I will be thrilled and want to show it off too.
