Do you yawn when someone yawns?

This is quite unusual and innecplicable situation. Why does a person yawns when he or she sees another person yawns One day, i put a test to myself and see if I will definitely yawn if someone else will. Indeed it happened, I yawned back when I saw this person yawned. Weird thing is that I couldnt avoid doing it when I saw that person started yawning. In a matter of seconds I did yawn. Lol.

I do too!! I just have to see the word and I yawn.LOL It is a wierd phenomanon isn't it?

Yah I did that too way back. I tried it and observed if they will yawn too.. and you know what they actually did yawn and I never told the about it until now. Thanks and happy posting.

i think it's a natural if we follow other people whom yawn near us, most of people have the same habit too. it's a yawn amazing that real

yah this is pretty amazingly unpopular. Most of us don't mind this theory but If you look deeply in it there is a substance that needs an explanation. Thanks.

i do.. and i have even yawned while WRITING about some one yawning in my novel.. how pathetic is THAT!! lol

Yah I do believe its natural and its not contagious at all. Explanatin just remains a mystery. Harmless but unexplainable. Thanks.

Perhaps this is part of our psychological aspect. I also yawn when i see someone's yawning, i've tried controlling not to but it's hard. Scientists must research on this. LOL
