well at night we want to enjoy life. you know watching tv or dvd and the net. but hey we can't because my aunt can't sleep. by the way she is now my new roommate (guess i made a wrong decision). she is having a hard time going to sleep at night. she can't sleep if there is a light and really hates noises, even a very little sound she can still hear it. well i want to help her in her sleeping at night problems because it really made her venerable to headaches and other symptoms. by the way we have a history of cancer my grandmother die of cancer of the uterus.

Nope, lack of sleep won't cause cancer.. In your aunt's case, i guess she's just a light sleeper, whereby she can be easily waken up by sound and movements.. it's actually quite normal, a few of my frenz are like that too, and if she really wants to sleep well, she can see the doctor for a few sleeping pills, or, she can really make herself tired out for the whole day, and thus she will be able to sleep well at night ^_^
