hi I am also a Filipino, my advice to you is use moneybookers, that is what I am using.

i have a money bookers account, but they will not allow me to withdraw and do any transactions if i dont send them a scanned copy of my driver's license and proof of billing. i have 28 dollars there now. guess i'll just try sending them what they are asking of me and try to see if i will be able to withdraw the money there. how much do you pay as charge per transaction jam?

In terms of requirements, I think you should be able to scan a driver's license and a recent billing statement rather easily. They ask that simply to verify your legitimacy. If ever you don't have those, asking support for alternatives could be rewarding. Even if it is not in the FAQ, some companies give alternative approaches. Hope this helps.

Im also a filipino, I also can't relate well because I don't use BPI although I have one. But the very best thing to link to our paypal accounts here in our country is no other than Unoin Bank EON card its only the carrier of visa. as waht they said only P350 annual fee for the card. And you can get it easily. In just 10 working days, you can get to the branch where you applied for it.

My dear only Union Bank could be link to paypal. If you don't have yet just get an eon card which will cost you P350 a year to maintain. Call the nearest. Union Bank today to inquire.

No my dear P350 is your service charge for using Eon card. You will have to pay P350 each year to Union Bank to maintain the Eon Account.

Hey there austere. How are you? I'm a Unionbank EON debit card user, so I can't relate too much. You should simply check out your card for any logos on your card and put the one that matches. All cards should have a Visa or Mastercard logo or some logos somewhere. The card number you need to key in as well. The 3 digit security pin should be found on the back. If any of those are lacking, chances are you are holding an ATM card or something else (not so knowledgable on these stuff).
