anyone else get bad migraines

I get the worst migraines. I don't want to be bothered i got to sit in the dark. it hurts so bad that i can't even stand or bend down all i can do is lie down. I take no medicine cause i don't know what to take for migraines.

I have suffered with them since I was a kid. Falling asleep in a very dark room used to be what I would do. Ibuprofen and coffee are my cures when not pregnant. You are not alone. Also try a hot shower. I had a bad reaction to some prescibed medicine. So Now I just try and manage on my own.
