Please tell me how to motivate .

To motivate someone you have to begin by showing and doing. Use affirmative words when speaking to the person, be part of the process in other words take the person by hand and walk through. You can also use audio-visual motivating materials.

to show some good examples or told some story about successful person.I think it's a good way .

Depdends in the person to motivate, its not a simple thing to say.. you have to know him and MAYBE do all that he/she likes :) or simple by giving a present. Have fun!
