Do you often evaluate yourself at the end of the day?

Each day a lot of things happen to us, may it be good or bad. We often times get into tough or simple situations, and at the end of the day, you just stop and try to ask yourself.. Did you do well at work today? Were you able to overcome any fear that you have? Did you make a good decision today? Were you able to reconcile with the person you argued with? Did you help someone today? Did you accomplish anything today? Those things start to linger around our minds. Sometimes it's where we realize a lot of things. Do you often do this to yourself? Do you often ask yourself if you did good throughout the whole day? How often do you do this? What kind of questions do you ask to yourself? What are your realizations?

I evaluate myself I guess. Although I would rather call it, thinking about the shameful stuff you did through the day =D. I do it when I lay in bed. It's relaxing and funny xD, remembering some stuff you wish you didn't have done but heh, what's done is done. And also it's good to help you fall asleep...sometimes. Sometimes I get carried away and think for a long time all the stuff I did, to see if I did something I regretted doing and yeah, stuff like that. Anyways, it's cool and good, since you can portray yourself and mark the good and bad deeds you did. And make up for them the next day, thinking about how to be better and make stuff right =).

This is interesting. I never evaluate myself at the end of the day. What I do is tell myself not to repeat the same mistake in the future. Everyday different things happen and there are always ups and downs,I think it's hard to make evaluation on ourselves. Maybe we think ourselves are not performing well but to others maybe we have done a good job. Sometimes evaluation on ourselves might make us feel sad about ourselves. So I try to avoid this. Lol.

If you start to pull yourself apart and analyse yourself at the end of each day then it may in a roundabout way be self-destructive.Often I will lay in bed and thin how the day has gone, what ive done with my day,and the only time that I will get mad is if I have done next to nothing, then that really annoys me.But I would try to steer clear from thinking about things I have said to people ,whether I have said the right or the wrong thing,if I did that I would never get to sleep lol.Im a careful speaker and try to think before I say,but there are always times when we could have phrased something in a far better way

hi. there are times when we really need to look at the day. the events that were sweet and that were sour, our deeds and the mistake are all the part of the activities that we perform. so sometimes i feel that i should look at the day. and that happens too often if the day goes wrong.

This is a very nice idea. I think we really need to evaluate ourselves everyday. This is for us to be reminded of the bad things we did during the day and would somehow keep us away from doing it again the following day. And when we think about those good things we did at the end of the day, it could be considered as an inspiration also to do good each day of our lives.

It is not exactly evaluation, but I do think of the days happenings and whether all my desicions of the day are good. I think of the bad happenings and where I went wrong.

Yes i do evaluate myself sometimes. But everynight before i go to sleep i asked myself what i did wrong and asked forgiveness to God on the things i did that hurts other people. It makes me have a good sleep and try to change my moods the next day. Although sometimes we cant really control our emotions when we get mad but as much as i can i try to avoid having a heated argument with anybody or say hurtful words towards other people.

Not everyday but once in a while. Specially when I have done something significant. Well, I would ask myself whether the decision I took was correct.

Hi there! In a way yes. But I don't wanna call it evaluation cause its a very formal word for me cause I don't have any special tasks to do in everyday. I don't have a job. I only a house chores to do, take care of my pets, pay the bills and tend to the family business. But every night before going to bed it makes me happy if I get to finish everything that has to be done. Sometimes I feel like a superwoman when I do 2 things at the same and can still find time to mylot. I think that can be considered my simple accomplishment for everyday. When I can still make time to relax and have fun here in mylot. Ciao!

I always evaluate myself at the end of the day because i check what ever the things i did all the day. i suggest my self if i did any thing wrong in the day and make not to repeated it next time .and i will check what ever the things i have to do it whether i missed or completed it.

Well everyday I do that even write it down with my yellow pad hahaha. I 'm happy at the end of the day when I finish doing things and finally solved some problems. Usually what I asked is did it work out, was my decision is right. Usually I thank the Lord for my day. The strength and challenges that I face. Usually befor I go to bed I just smile counting the blessings that God given me. Have a nice day!

It's very important to evaluate yourself at the end of the day because there is no point to day itself if we are not to evaluate ourselves. Usually at the end of the day, i think about what lessons i have learned from that day. I think about what I have done good to others. And also the bad ones. Whenever I think of the bad ones, I see to it that I know what will I do the next time it happens to me. What should I have do and not do and other realizations in life. Evaluating yourself in the end of the day makes you live your life to the fullest.

I don't think I get that deep into it, but I do evaluate myself at the end of my work day. I take a look at what I was able to accomplish and how much time it took. Then I think about how I could produce the same result in a more efficient way. I am always looking for ways to improve, so I find this a useful activity at the end of the day.

I don't usually do this every single day, but maybe just 2-3 times a week, so about every other day. Often times I am busy and try not to worry, but I think it's good to take a second to reflect on yourself as a person and your life and decisions. I think it helps you make better decisions in the future and enjoy life more. I like reflecting on good things that happen as well as decisions I was happy with. I also like to evaluate how I handled a situation and, if I didn't handle it so well, what I could have done to handle it better so that if it happens again, hopefully things will turn out much better!
