Dermalogica products are really good for problem skin - I use the Demal Clay Cleanser and the Skin Refining Mask and they are both excellent for clearing up blackheads. They are quite expensive though - but worth it in my opinion. If the acne is really bad then you can see about getting something prescribed by the doctor. There is a pill called Dianette that is used for calming down acne (at least we have it here in the UK) - it also doubles up as a birth control pill. I've never used it for acne related purposes though, so it's something you should ask the doctor about. Whatever you do, don't use a harsh astringent cleanser - it will only cause the skin to produce more oil and enhance all the problems.

So some people say it works and others say it doesn't It works for me. Toothpaste! lol the actual paste stuff not the gel stuff. I would tell her to try it on a little bit of skin first. Some people said it turned their face red and it does for me just a little. I usually do it at night when I'm not going to be going out any more so by the time the morning comes my face isn't red any more. She should definitely try that. Also ahh i cant find it! I just went to look and i can't find it. I have face mask i use. You are suppose to leave it on for 5 minutes and that works for me also. Unfortunately i don't have time right now to really look for it. I should be getting ready for work but i saw this and wanted to respond to it. I am not even dressed lol. When i get home i will try to look for it. If i find it i will respond back. I am pretty sure any face mask should help though. But i would tell her for the mean time to try toothpaste. I hope this helps!
