of course, some numbers are more prestigious than the others. some numbers mean a lot to some players. for example, number 4 used to be assigned to a team captain. i think number 34 is the most sought after number in the basketball. it is followed by 33. and of course, number 23 belong to the airness jordan. some players would like to wear their idols numbers. for some reasons, it means a lot to them.

I know i am in the minority but i am not into College Basketball I am however in love with and have passion about the NBA I did follow the Olympic games in Beijing but when you knew it was blow off I turned the channel I love competition and some parity and the basketball games in the Olmpics have very few close matches.Sorry i have no sweater number i am into in basketball but if it was Hockey it is number 4 Bobby Orr (Boston Bruins ) My favourite basketball player is Dr. J so whatever his number that would be my choice Good Luck and have a Great day NBA is just a few weeks from starting the 2008-09 season Alleluia Go Raptors
